Key Tasks and Responsibilities (in this role you will)

Partnership Identification: Identify potential B2B partnership opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to evaluate the competitive landscape, industry trends, and potential partner profiles.

Lead Generation: Generate leads and initiate contact with potential B2B partners through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and industry events.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at potential partner organizations, understanding their needs and presenting mutually beneficial partnership propositions.

Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored partnership proposals, including terms, conditions, and value propositions.

Negotiation: Lead negotiations with prospective partners, addressing terms, pricing, and contractual agreements.

Contract Management: Oversee the development and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring compliance and clarity on both sides.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as legal, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless implementation of partnership initiatives.

Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of existing partnerships, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Key Functional Competencies (You possess the following)

Business Development: Proven expertise in identifying, negotiating, and establishing B2B partnerships.

Market Analysis: Strong analytical skills to assess market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscapes.

Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiation techniques and contract management.

Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey partnership proposals effectively.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple partnership initiatives simultaneously.

Good level of English  

Experience / Education (You are/have)

A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience in B2B business development or partnership management, with a track record of successful partnerships.

Proficiency in CRM software and tools for lead generation and relationship management.

Familiarity with the specific industry or sector in which the company operates is a plus.
