Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for identifying sales prospects through proactive outreach, building relationships with potential clients, and assisting the sales team in closing deals. Your goal will be to set appointments and create a pipeline of customers looking for our facility solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Make outbound calls and send targeted emails to engage prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for clients.
• Utilize the company CRM to track leads and manage customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team in developing effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and potential clients, ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM software is beneficial.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
