As a Sales Associate at Logel Homes, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting home sales from first contact through possession. Working closely with the Area Sales Manager and Senior Sales Associates, this role contributes to achieving sales targets while maintaining Logel Homes’ high standards of professionalism, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Support the home sales process from initial inquiry through contract execution, possession, and closing
Deliver a high‑quality customer experience through professional communication, timely follow‑up, and attention to buyer needs
Engage and qualify prospects, maintain consistent follow‑up, and assist with closing sales
Prepare and maintain sales contracts, customer files, upgrades documentation, and CRM records accurately
Respond to customer inquiries and escalate issues to senior team members or management when appropriate
Assist with sales centre operations, show home coverage, and community events
Maintain awareness of product offerings, pricing, and market conditions to support informed buyer conversations
Participate in product launches, show home events, and ongoing training initiatives
Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
May include other duties or special projects as assigned by the Area Sales Manager.
Experience & Qualifications
Required
Previous sales or customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working in a customer‑facing, sales‑driven environment
High school diploma required.
The following experience is considered an asset:
In‑depth knowledge of multi‑family or condominium sales, including the Condominium Property Act, condo bylaws, condo corporations, and fee structures.
Exposure to product launches, show home parades, or new community openings.
Post‑secondary education in sales, marketing, real estate, or a related field; PHBI Sales Professional Certification.
Experience using HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms to manage sales pipelines and customer data.

Availability to work the following schedule:
Monday to Thursday, 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm; weekends and statutory holidays, 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Compensation & Employment Conditions
This is a full‑time, salaried position offering a competitive base salary, commission and discretionary bonus, commensurate with experience and overall fit. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of background and reference checks.
