As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for the individual development of our customer relationships. You understand our customers’ requirements and translate them into concrete use cases for our solution—in a way that is clear, tangible, and relevant to decision-making.
• Deal-Maker: You guide qualified leads through the entire sales process, from needs assessment through demos and proposals to closing the deal.
• Product Champion: You conduct structured product demos and explain even complex content in a way that enables customers to make informed decisions.
• Customer Support: You guide small to medium-sized customers through structured processes and help them get the most out of our products.
• Customer Satisfaction: You build trusting relationships and lay the foundation for long-term collaboration.
• Ongoing Discovery: You develop a deep understanding of typical customer needs and provide structured feedback from conversations to the team.
• Team Player: You work closely with sales support and customer service to achieve the best results.
Your profile:
• Experienced & Dynamic: With 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, you’ve already gained valuable insights and skills to impress our customers with your expertise.
• Hands-On: You work independently, keep your deals organized, and stay on top of things even when juggling multiple tasks.
• Customer-Focused: Your experience to date has made you an expert when it comes to conducting client meetings and capturing requirements in a structured manner.
• Communication Skills: Your communication skills are on point—whether in person or via email, you convey your ideas clearly and confidently.
