At HOFF, we’re getting ready to open the doors of our brand new flagship store in Amsterdam, and we’re recruiting our Sales Assistant team.

Your mission

As a Sales Assistant at HOFF, you’ll be the face of the brand, making sure every customer enjoys a unique shopping experience while contributing to the store’s success.

Customer Experience: Welcome, engage, and advise our customers, ensuring every visit is memorable.
Sales Support: Drive sales by understanding customer needs, showcasing products, and supporting in achieving store targets.
Visual Merchandising: Help maintain the store’s image, keeping displays aligned with HOFF’s guidelines and standards.
Operations: Assist with daily store operations, from stock replenishment and fitting room support to cashier duties when needed.
Team Spirit: Collaborate with your colleagues to create an inspiring and positive atmosphere in the store.

Interested? Here's the kind of profile we're looking for ️‍️

1–2 years of experience in fashion retail, ideally in high-volume fashion retail or premium/lifestyle brands.
A natural flair for customer service and sales.
High level of spoken English (other languages will be highly valued).
Interest in fashion, sneakers, and lifestyle trends.
A proactive, team-player attitude with strong communication skills.
Valid work permit for the Netherlands is required.
