What are we looking for?
If you love to be a Sales Assistant and deliver an exceptional shopping experience to customers: Join Team BUFF® and be an ambassador of the leading neck and headwear brand.

You’ll be a part of an adventurous and dynamic team in which you’ll be able to share your knowledge and skills, but also keep developing them in our Barcelona Stores!
About the Role:
Guide customers to help them to find what they need, offering them the best shopping experience ever.
Collaborate with your team to achieve sales goals.
Provide a good customer experience being nice and solving all the customer’s questions/requests about the brand and products.
Restock and tidy up BUFF® products, store catalogues and other store materials.
Wrap up products if customers ask for it.
Maintain the work area cleaned up and in perfect conditions.
Charge for the products and make sure to have enough money exchange for our customers.
Monitor the daily cash count.
Control the packaging stock and provide them to our customers at the checkout.
Solve customer incidents.
Cover your colleague’s breaks by being the guardian of the store.
Give support to other tasks as stock-taking, shopfits, receiving products, etc…
Give support to the team when exceptional situations come up as medical leavings, trainings, etc…
About you:
Sales Assistant previous experience.
Time Flexibility.
Communication and social skills.
Be an outdoor and sports lover!
B2 English Level (*only needed in some stores).

Permanent or temporary contract (depending on the position).
Flexible remuneration: Fixed Salary 19.240,20€ + Variable remuneration linked to team goals and store profit.
31 calendar days of holidays per year.
