The Team:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team located in Warsaw, Poland. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Power Point & Microsoft Excel and a keen eye for data analysis. This role involves supporting our Sales team by close cooperation with trade marketing, marketing and media departments with caring about the highest quality of presentation of our products.
What Your Impact Will Be:
• Working with Key Account Managers to prepare commercial offers, forthcoming collaboration with clients,
• Creation and maintenance of product databases,
• Preparation of cyclical reports,
• Regular telephone and e-mail contact with customers,
• Tracking and reporting on-project progress;
• Ensuring the correctness of content and offers,
• Cooperation with other company departments in order to implement internal processes and smooth and efficient operations,
• Supporting the sales department in daily administrative and organizational duties
What We’re Looking For: 
• Higher education or final year student (preferred fields of study: Marketing, Management, Economics or related disciplines)
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools
• Min. B2 proficiency in English and Polish is required
• Effective planning and organization of own work
• Self-motivated, proactive, confident and a strong team-player
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and information
