Summary: IHL is looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team! You will be a key contributor to our sales team's success. You will primarily be in charge of scheduling and preparing our sales team for important meetings and trade shows. You will provide outstanding customer service by liasoning between the sales team and the customer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to gain additional wholesale experience and grow within the company.

Responsibilities:
Work alongside the sales team to ensure the sales process runs smoothly.
Manage samples.
Enter orders into the system.
Maintain the appearance of the showroom.
Support with market week appointments as needed.
Run sales reports.
Support Account Executives with all day-to-day tasks.
Create linesheets for buyers.
Update reports as needed.
Qualifications:
1-2 years’ experience in a wholesale environment.
Previous experience working with off-price accounts is preferred but not required.
Comfortable using various sales platforms.
Highly proficient in Excel.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field
Job Logistics
Location: New York, NY – Midtown West
Schedule: This position is set to take place Monday-Friday in our office.
Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $40,000 to $50,000
