Job Title: Sales Representative – Tree Services (Leads Provided)
Full-Time | In-Person | Uncapped Commission | Monday–Friday (Occasional Saturdays)

Position Overview: Job Summary
We’re hiring a motivated and personable Sales Representative to meet with potential clients, assess tree care needs, and close high-value service deals. This is a 100% commission-based role with leads provided — giving you the opportunity to earn based on your performance while selling services people truly need.
Responsibilities:
Meet with residential and commercial clients in person
Assess tree conditions and make expert recommendations
Present estimates and proposals for services (pruning, removal, etc.)
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Maintain accurate notes and activity in CRM software
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
Stay current on best practices in arboriculture and tree care
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience (any industry)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Self-motivated and results-driven
Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office
Interest in arboriculture, landscaping, or tree care is a plus
Compensation & Schedule:
Pay: 100% Commission-Based (Uncapped earning potential)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays
