We’re looking for a Sales Apprentice to join our Target Market Concrete team.

 

Purpose of the Role

As a Sales Apprentice, you’ll support the regional team while developing your own commercial and technical expertise. Over time, you’ll take on increasing responsibility as your confidence and capability grow.

• Learn how to promote and sell Sika’s high-performance concrete solutions
• Support customer relationships across a region
• Assist with product trials, site visits, and project support
• Work alongside Product Managers and technical teams to understand innovation
• Help identify new business opportunities and contribute to regional growth
• Develop an understanding of the construction market, customers, and competitors

This role is designed to give you exposure to every aspect of sales—technical, commercial, and strategic—so you can develop into a well-rounded sales professional.
