Business Unit: Software and Digital Solutions
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and e-mails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Support in Digital marketing topics with the marketing team, co-ordinate with relevant teams, identify and post/repost in various social media channels
• Manage tender processes interfacing with customers for proposal submission, organizing meetings, bid bond and other processes, etc.
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration or similar, preferably with emphasis on sales and marketing
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel and Power Point
• Ability to work under pressure and self-initiative
• Analytical and customer oriented approach
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Arabic is a plus
