We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team in the manufacturing sector. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building client relationships, driving business growth, and executing effective marketing strategies. The candidate will play a key role in expanding market reach, increasing brand visibility, and supporting revenue generation through strategic sales initiatives.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the manufacturing industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners to ensure long-term engagement.
• Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives such as trade shows, digital campaigns, and product promotions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.
• Support branding and positioning efforts to strengthen the company’s presence in the manufacturing market.
Must-Have Skills:
• Strong understanding of Manufacturing industry dynamics, including products, processes, and market demands.
• Proven ability or strong interest in Sales, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Knowledge of Marketing fundamentals, including campaign planning, digital marketing basics, and brand positioning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Good-to-Have Skills:
• Exposure to or understanding of B2B Sales processes and client management.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–4 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or a related domain (freshers with strong aptitude are encouraged to apply).
