About the Role
LEAP Canada is seeking a full-time Sales and Client Solutions Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in generating new business and establishing strong client relationships with one of our companion products, FeeWise. You’ll serve as both a trusted advisor and product expert, responsible for delivering demos, supporting onboarding, and providing guidance throughout the client lifecycle.

You will handle inbound and outbound sales opportunities, respond to inquiries related to online payments, billing, training, and platform usage, and work cross-functionally with product and support teams to ensure our clients receive a world-class experience.

The FeeWise team is a small and dynamic group of passionate legal payment specialists. The business is experiencing rapid growth as it moves from start-up to scaling phase, so you will have lots of opportunity to make a difference. You will receive the training and tooling to succeed from our local team in the North American market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Conduct engaging product demos and drive sales to increase revenue
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payments, billing, and platform functionality
• Build and maintain strong relationships to support client retention and satisfaction
• Provide training and guidance on product features, best practices, and platform updates
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs
• Collaborate with product and support teams to relay client feedback and suggest improvements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven sales experience, ideally within the legal industry
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in a customer-facing or client success role
• A proactive, customer-centric approach to sales and support
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment
• Background in Sales, Business, Customer Service, or Communications
• Experience with payment processing systems or financial platforms
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM tools
• Previous experience in legal tech or SaaS environments

• Competitive compensation with a base salary and a commission structure. The base salary band for this role ranges from: $70,000 CAD - $75,000 CAD annually.
