Being the first point of contact, the Sales & Care Rep-Small Business I will be responsible for assessing our customer needs, recommending the best products and services, and overcoming customer objections to close the sale. The Sales & Care Rep -Small Business I is constantly multitasking and looking for innovative solutions to help our customers the best way possible while maintaining and exceeding their sales goals.

Earn a minimum of $35,000, base plus incentive, when you meet 100% of your objectives! Earn even MORE for exceeding the goal.

Location: Apopka, FL

Hours of Operation: 7:45 a.m. – 9:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. Mandatory overtime may be required, based on call volume during normal hours of operation. No weekends!

Training will be 7-8 weeks, M-F, 10:00am - 7:00pm. Must be able to attend the entire training without time off. Please note once you've graduated training, your hours could change to 12pm-9pm.

Salary: Starting pay: $12/hr + $10,500 for achieving 100% of goal!

Selling of Voice, Data and TV products and services in designated areas.

Presenting an integrated solution-centered approach to customers’ needs.

Engaging in Consultative Solution Selling.

Applying technical knowledge and experience.

Managing customer accounts by providing stellar customer service.

Managing customer accounts to retain existing business.

Taking ownership to resolve customer issues/problems.

Multitasking and looking for innovative solutions.
