As a Sales Agent - Slovenian Speaking you will play a crucial role in assisting our customers by making outbound calls to drive activity, retention, and reactivation.

What We’re Looking For:

• A vibrant enthusiasm for customer service and engaging directly with customers.

• Confidence in starting conversations and promoting our products, sites, and promotions.

• A strong desire to achieve and exceed targets daily.

• Native Slovenian speaker with fluent English.

• Goal-oriented and motivated to reach new heights.

Your Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls and follow-ups to customers.

• Support new and existing customers, ensuring their experience is seamless and enjoyable.

• Actively promote our site, products, campaigns, and entertainment options.

• Collaborate with your team leader to meet and exceed targets.

• Work closely with internal departments, including Payments, Risk, VIP, and Customer Support.
