As a Sales Agent you will be responsible for making outbound calls to assist players using the site for activity increase, retention and reactivation.

Requirements:

• An energetic passion for customer service and speaking directly with customers;

• A comfort in striking up conversations whilst confidently promoting our sites, products and promotions;

• A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis;

• Native Romanian and Fluent English level;

• Target oriented and driven by achieving goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Making daily outbound calls and follow-ups;

• Assisting new players and current players to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying our products;

• Promoting our site, products, campaigns and overall entertainment offering;

• Working with your team leader to ensure all targets are understood;

• Work with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP and Customer Support.
