As a Sales Agent - Norwegian Speaking, you will play a crucial role in assisting our customers by making outbound calls to drive activity, retention, and reactivation.

Responsibilities:

• Making daily outbound calls and follow ups;

• Assisting new and current customers to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying our products;

• Promoting our site, products, campaigns and overall entertainment offering

• Working with your team leader to ensure all targets are understood;

• Work with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP and Customer Support.

Qualifications:

• A passion for customer service and speaking directly with customers;

• A comfort in striking up conversations whilst confidently promoting our sites, products and promotions;

• A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis;

• Fluent Norwegian and fluent English are required;

• Target oriented and driven by achieving goals.
