The Role:
Join Viva.com’s vibrant Direct Sales team and play a key role in helping businesses grow. As a Sales Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential merchants — identifying needs, offering tailored solutions, and delivering real value through our cutting-edge products and services.

Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective clients via inbound and outbound calls to understand their needs and convert interest into successful sales;
Present Viva.com’s offering in a clear, compelling, and consultative manner;
Schedule qualified appointments or route high-potential leads to the field sales team as needed;
Ensure accurate and timely order processing, following all required procedures;
Maintain detailed call records and capture key insights to support follow-ups and strategy;
Take part in targeted cross-sell, upsell, and win-back campaigns to maximize value;
Consistently aim to exceed sales targets and build lasting relationships with clients;
