As a Sales Agent - Czech/Slovak Speaking you will be responsible for making outbound calls to assist customers using the site for activity increase, retention and reactivation.

Requirements:

• An energetic passion for customer service and speaking directly with customers.

• A comfort in striking up conversations whilst confidently promoting our sites, products and promotions.

• A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis.

• Native Czech/Slovak and Fluent English.

• Target oriented and driven by achieving goals.‍

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Making daily outbound calls and follow ups.

• Assisting new and current customers to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying our products.

• Promoting our site, products, campaigns and overall entertainment offering.

• Working with your team leader to ensure all targets are understood.

• Work with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP and Customer Support.
