Position Summary:
As a Sales & Admissions Executive, you’ll ensure our agent partners and students receive an outstanding experience, guiding them through the booking process and encouraging them to choose EC.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed individual targets and KPIs
Handle bookings, enquiries, and provide advice on EC centres
Support customers in choosing the right EC products through a consultative sales approach
Accurately input and manage bookings within EC’s central system, including amendments
Check availability for courses, accommodation, and special requests across all EC centres
Follow up on student arrival details, waiver forms, and ensure centres are prepared to deliver a warm welcome
Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally
Stay up to date with EC locations, services, and programmes
Liaise with Finance regarding invoicing queries
Maintain strong awareness of market trends and developments
Education Required:
Post-secondary level of education
Excellent written and spoken English
Education Desired:
Bachelor's degree
Fluency in Spanish
Experience Required:
EFL/ESL Industry experience
Experience Desired:
Experience in a similar role
Well-travelled
