Job Summary:
The Sales Administrator, based in Algosystems in Athens Greece, supports the Sales team in executing daily commercial operations, ensuring accuracy in documentation, order processing, reporting and internal coordination.
What You Will Do:
The role contributes to the smooth execution of sales processes by maintaining CRM data, assisting in quotation preparation and supporting cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Finance and Technical teams.
Reporting to the Sales Director.
Requirements:
Job Responsibilities
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals and sales documentation.
• Support order processing and ensure accurate data entry in internal systems.
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM.
• Assist in monitoring pipeline updates and preparing sales reports.
• Support invoicing and contract documentation processes in collaboration with Finance.
• Coordinate internally with Sales, Technical and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial activities.
• Organize and archive commercial documentation and records.
• Support overall sales administration processes and contribute to workflow efficiency improvements.
Job Qualifications & Skills
• 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, commercial or back-office role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management or related field (or final-year student).
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM systems will be considered an asset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Very good command of English (written and verbal).
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and grow.
