Sales Administrator – Omoda JAECOO Battersea - New Site Opening | Join the Launch Team

Salary: £28,350 per year

Contract: Permanent, Full‑Time

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

You’ll be reporting directly to our accomplished Dealership Accountant — an incredible opportunity to learn from one of the best in the business. If you’re looking to grow, develop, and be part of a brand‑new site launch, this is a role you won’t want to miss.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain customer databases and handle internal and external queries via phone and online channels

• Support vehicle ordering using our internal fleet management system

• Ensure all orders comply with Lookers policies and procedures

• Complete all paperwork to a high standard with exceptional attention to detail

• Prior experience in an administrative role

• A self‑motivated, organised approach with a keen eye for detail

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers

• Confidence working both independently and as part of a wider team
