Working Scheme: Remote in Spain.

Working Time: 40 hours per week.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Account Manager, you are responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategy and tactics for related product/service lines to achieve sales and profit goals in your designated geographic territory. You are expected to use your knowledge of the business and external contacts to expand and deliver profitable initiatives to the organization. Other responsibilities include the following:

Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics for products/services, new markets, and new applications.

•
Work together with cross-functional teams to ensure all possible actions are taken to secure business in competitive situations.

•
Share market knowledge and customer feedback with Senior Management, Sales, and Marketing teams.

•
Use CRM to record and manage Sales pipelines daily;

•
Develop and maintain a relationship with key accounts.

What We Expect From You

• Master’s or PhD in a life science discipline, with hands‑on laboratory experience.

• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in biotech industry.

•
High level of technical and professional expertise.

•
Knowledge of the Biological and CRO market with an emphasis on one or more of the following: Gene Synthesis, Protein, Peptide, Antibody, or Cell Line Products/Services a plus.

• Fluency in Spanish and English; Mandarin is an advantage.

•
Ability to operate effectively and succeed in an international business environment.

•
Able to travel at least 20%.

• Excellence learning ability and strong communication skills.
