The Role

Join us as an Enterprise Sales Executive and take ownership of driving revenue growth in the Insurance Division across Germany and the broader DACH region. This role combines winning new business with strategic account management, ensuring long-term success for both SAP Fioneer and our customers. You will position SAP Fioneer as a trusted partner for digital transformation in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers in the insurance sector by leveraging your network and expertise in software sales.
• Manage and grow existing accounts, acting as a strategic advisor to deepen relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies that balance new business development with account retention and expansion.
• Build strong relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders, positioning SAP Fioneer as a partner in their transformation journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, product management, marketing) to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer success.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes to shape customer conversations and influence product positioning.
• Meet and exceed ambitious sales targets, demonstrating measurable success in both acquisition and account growth.

Job Location

Based in Germany with flexibility to travel across as needed.


Requirements:
• Proven sales track record in software sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Experience in financial services sector processes and digital transformation.
• Knowledge of SAP solutions or comparable enterprise software platforms is an advantage.
• Strong sales drive with a consistent ability to meet and exceed ambitious targets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, enabling influence and relationship-building across stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, combined with a collaborative approach to driving innovation and solving complex problems.
• Fluent in German and English
