SAGE-FEMME - H/F

Descriptif du poste :

La maternité, de niveau 2B, se compose de sages-femmes, d'IDE, d'AS-AP et d'ASH. Rattaché(e) à la Cadre de Santé, vous aurez pour missions :
Accompagner la patiente durant le travail de l'accouchement
Préparer la parturiente pour l'accouchement et surveiller le rythme cardiaque foetal, la dilatation du col, l'état clinique...
Evaluer le bien-être foetal pendant le travail
Réaliser les soins du post-partum et l'examen de naissance du nouveau-né
Procéder à un accouchement ou assister le médecin obstétricien
Concevoir et mettre en place un programme de rééducation post-natale avec la patiente

Profil recherché :

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un Diplôme d'Etat de Sage-Femme. Parmi vos qualités :
Sens des responsabilités,
Rigueur, dynamisme,
Capacité d'analyse, d'organisation,
Sens de l'écoute et de la communication,
Intégrité, loyauté et équité.
Sens du service public.
S'adapter aux différentes évolutions des connaissances et des pratiques en obstétrique et gynécologie.
Solides connaissances actualisées en gynéco-périnatalité
