Safety Training & Customer Compliance Coordinator
Jammie’s Environmental, Inc. (JEI) is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to lead safety training administration and customer compliance efforts across our industrial and environmental operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring regulatory compliance, workforce readiness, and customer qualification standards.
JEI is a DOT-regulated industrial and environmental services company committed to safety, compliance, and operational excellence. We serve a wide range of commercial and industrial clients and maintain rigorous safety and regulatory standards across all job sites.
What You’ll Do
Develop, administer, and track employee safety training programs.
Maintain training records and ensure workforce certifications remain current.
Manage customer and third-party compliance platforms (e.g., Avetta, ISNetWorld, Vector).
Prepare and submit OSHA logs and required regulatory reporting.
Track safety metrics including Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR).
Assist with safety incident reporting and investigations.
Prepare safety communications and coordinate Safety Committee meetings.
Conduct periodic job-site visits to support compliance initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum two (2) years’ experience in safety training, compliance administration, or related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in documentation and regulatory reporting.
Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and maintain audit-ready records.
Working knowledge of OSHA/WISHA regulations preferred.
Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel required).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record required.
Work Environment
This is a safety-sensitive position subject to drug and alcohol testing in accordance with Washington State law and federal DOT regulations. Work is primarily office-based with periodic jobsite visits. Exposure to outdoor conditions and industrial environments may occur.
Hiring pay range for this role is $25-$30 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
