Job Description

Provides oversight of field safety programs for assigned projects.

Conducts project audits and frequent inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, identify corrective action, and implement follow up assessments.

Provides input into corporate and site-specific safety training programs and monitors their implementation for compliance and effectiveness.

Responsible for managing oversight e overall log of safety inspection activities, reports, and correspondence.

Maintains current knowledge of clients', OSHA, and regional safety regulations.

Monitors and reports on key site safety metrics to internal and external teams. These metrics include, but are not limited to, OSHA (or equivalent) log maintenance and filings, the use of daily activity briefings and associated high identification risk activity plans (HIRAs).

Participates in weekly and monthly safety meetings and provides rotating on-site project presence as assigned.

Provides safety presentations on an as needed basis.

Tracks and maintains safety certifications and training for employees and contractors.

Provide oversight and auditing of suppliers within India.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certifications.
