Safety Assistant Manger - Section Manager
What you will do
- Ensure that all employees and company operations comply with applicable Environment, Health, and Safety laws and regulations.
- Monitor and support the stability of basic public utilities within the plant, including plumbing systems and fire protection equipment.
- Supervise nursing services and manage medical supplies to ensure readiness and compliance.
- Conduct safety orientation and training for new employees; develop and maintain safety‑related training materials and onboarding programs.
- Coordinate with suppliers to conduct risk assessments for machine installation and new equipment.
- Liaise with external service providers for annual medical checkups, building audits, and other statutory inspections. 
- Investigate workplace accidents and injuries, analyze root causes, and report findings along with preventive and corrective actions to the management team.
- Prepare and submit monthly safety summary reports in accordance with the business requirements.
- Cooperate with second‑party and third‑party audit teams during internal and external site audits.
- Organize and host internal and external safety meetings, including safety committees and contractor meetings.
- Lead the execution, deployment, and continuous improvement of ISO 45001:2018 and 14001:2015 across the plant. 
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
 
 
What we look for
• Bachelor’s degree in Science (Occupational Health and Safety) or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Safety Officer or in a similar EHS role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Certified specialist in hazardous substances (BorChor).
• Possession of a Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) certificate is a plus.
• Basic computer proficiency (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across departments and external partners.
• Knowledge and experience with ISO management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Good command of the English language.
