What We are looking for

As a Responsible Gaming and Player Protection Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day safer-gambling operations and ensuring that regulatory requirements are effectively translated into internal processes. This role will oversee case handling, monitoring activities, and player-risk management, while leading a dedicated team to ensure the highest standards of player protection and regulatory compliance. This role reports directly to the Head of Customer Compliance & Group MLRO, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and player-protection policies.

What you will work on

• Translate responsible gaming and regulatory requirements into operational processes and workflows
• Adjust and customize responsible-gaming and risk-assessment tools in line with regulatory and internal framework requirements
• Oversee daily Responsible Gaming and Player Protection monitoring and interventions
• Lead and support the team in identifying at-risk behavior, conducting outreach, and managing cases
• Work closely with IT and technology teams to support system enhancements and ensure responsible-gaming tools operate effectively and efficiently
• Ensure timely escalation, decision-making, and management of high-risk and complex player cases
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and case-management records
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Customer Operations, IT, Product and Marketing teams
• Support internal and external regulatory audits and inspections, ensuring readiness and accurate reporting
• Contribute to internal training and awareness initiatives on safer-gambling responsibilities

What you bring

• 4+ years experience in the online gambling industry, including experience in responsible gaming and player protection.
• Previous team-management experience, with proven ability to coach and guide staff
• Strong understanding of responsible gaming principles, player-risk indicators, and regulatory obligations
• Experience working with and adjusting RG and risk-monitoring tools / case-management systems
• Ability to translate regulatory and business requirements into clear operational processes
• Proven decision-making experience in high-risk and sensitive player-interaction cases
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication skills and empathetic approach to player support
• Experience supporting regulatory audits, inspections, and reporting processes
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in both Greek and English
