What We are looking for
Αs Safer Gaming & Player Protection Analyst at Novibet, you will contribute to the creation of a safe and responsible gaming environment, monitor player behavior to identify signs of problem gambling, ensure compliance with responsible gaming policies, and implement measures to protect vulnerable players.
What you will work on
• Monitor player behavior, identify signs of problematic gaming, and initiate appropriate interventions to promote responsible gaming.
• Analyze player data to identify patterns of excessive gaming.
• Develop and implement communication strategies to educate players about responsible gaming, self-exclusion options, and support resources.
• Collaborating with different teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
• Generate regular reports on responsible gaming metrics.
• Perform customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence in line with the requirements and measures of the RG policy.
• Escalate suspicious cases to our Compliance department and MLRO
What you bring
• 1+ years of similar working experience
• Knowledge of gaming regulations and industry standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g psychology, counseling, public health) is nice to have
• Flexibility to work on shifts
• Excellent command of English & Greek language (written & verbal)
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word etc.)
