What We’re Looking For:
Senior Account Executive/Account Manager
We’re seeking a communications professional who brings both passion and precision to their work — someone who’s excited about tech, storytelling, and long-term growth. Ideal candidates will have:
3 to 7 years of experience in PR/IMC/Digital ideally within an agency setting
A strong understanding of — and genuine interest in — technology and communications
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients, media, and internal teams
A collaborative mindset with the flexibility and maturity required for cross-functional teamwork
An interest in sustainable, long-term growth, and a desire to evolve with a developing team
Proficiency in English communication across speaking, writing, reading, and listening
Confident in engaging with international clients through virtual meetings and cross-cultural communication
Proven ability to manage both media relations and digital communications seamlessly
Prior experience working in a PR and/or Digital agency environment
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
Industry & Client Insight
Deep understanding of agency life and the technology media landscape
Strong knowledge of clients' industries, business goals, and how to align them with strategic communications objectives
Ability to communicate strategic direction clearly to internal teams, clients, and senior stakeholders
Mentorship mindset — supporting the growth and development of account teams
Ownership of agency standards in profitability, quality, and business development
Account & Project Management
Lead day-to-day execution of PR programs across multiple accounts
Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and KPIs with precision and agility
Drive programs from planning to delivery, managing client expectations throughout
Provide strategic direction while ensuring flawless execution from the team
Client Consulting & Relationship Management
Proactive, solution-oriented, and confident in managing senior-level client relationships
Skilled at crafting go-to-market strategies, positioning, and tactical ideas
Strong communication & consulting skills — including the ability to push back when needed, and to offer clear, actionable recommendations
Track record of account growth and client trust-building
Ability to identify issues early and offer strategic resolutions
IMC & Digital Communication
Solid understanding of digital channels and how to integrate them with traditional media
Evolving knowledge of social platforms and content trends
Experience with paid, owned, and earned strategies across campaigns
Open and adaptive to fast-changing social platforms, with a strong sense for how to apply insights in real time
Ability to advise clients on content marketing and integrated communications thinking
Media & Industry Relations
Strong network of media, analysts, and relevant industry stakeholders
Confident in developing compelling storylines and securing top-tier coverage
Strategic in leveraging media trends, news-jacking, and partnership opportunities
Experience with advertorials, branded content, and influencer/media collaborations
Writing, Editing & Strategic Planning
Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Korean (press releases, bylines, speeches, etc.)
Ability to develop executive-level presentations and thought leadership content
Experience crafting integrated comms plans and campaign proposals
Comfortable working with design teams to produce social content (e.g., quote cards and social posts)
