SACM Process Business Owner (REF5039C)

• Develop and implement best practice standards, policies and procedures for planning, recording, monitoring and the maintenance of software and hardware assets.
• Understand, design and implement continuous life cycle management of configuration items
• Preparing the structural change to a service-oriented process and industrialized organization and disseminating the new way of thinking in PU internal collaboration based on the possibilities of the new tool
• Ensure that the SACM process is Fit for Purpose and compliant to the current regulations and norms that apply
• Responsible for the process design and framework
• Define the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the process
• Manage any new requirements or changes to the Process
• Coordinates design work for CI and Asset discovery, integrations, and other data import methods
• Collaborate with and supports Key stakeholders across the IT organization and the business to review, improve our asset management across the group so that it becomes cost effective.
• Supports other IT process owners and functional areas (e.g. Change Management, Problem Management, Release Management etc.)
• Support, monitor, review audit activities and process
• Provides coaching for CMDB stakeholders to ensure appropriate understanding of the Configuration and Asset Management system and its relationship to Change Management and other key IT processes.
• Prioritizes process-related requirements for IT-developments in Demand Boards
• Evaluation and recommendation of new technologies or improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of IT processes.

• 3+ Years hands on experience with Asset Manager Tool, Service NOW, CMDB, CSDM and SACM process
• Experience in configuration management is a must
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills 
• Problem solving skills
• Language skills: English - C1; German - B2
• Strong communication and presentation skills
