Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine/n KollegIn (m/w/x), die uns mit Herz, Organisationstalent und viel Leidenschaft in der Rechnungsprüfung in Teilzeit (20-35h pro Woche) unterstützt.

Dein Aufgabenbereich:

• Prüfung und Kontrolle von Eingangsrechnungen auf Richtigkeit, Vollständigkeit und Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben

• Erstellung von Ausgangsrechnungen

• Klärung und Bearbeitung von Rechnungsdifferenzen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen

• Schnittstelle zur Kreditorenbuchhaltung durch Kontierung von Rechnungen im ERP-System (DATEV Unternehmen online)

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Richtlinien und Prozesse im Rechnungswesen

• Überwachung von Zahlungsterminen und Bearbeitung von Mahnungen

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen
