Deine Aufgaben:

• Erfassung, Änderung und Steuerung von Kundenaufträgen

• Verfolgung termingerechter Lieferungen für unsere Kunden

• Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen

• Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen zu Aufträgen

• Kommunikation mit Speditionen

• Überwachung der Lieferfähigkeit

• Gegenseitige Vertretung im Team
