Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir am Standort Biedenkopf-Wallau einen Sachbearbeiter Service für die Auftragsabwicklung.

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Abwicklung von Serviceaufträgen

• Angebotserstellung bis zur Rechnungsstellung von Verkaufsaufträgen

• Anlage / Pflege von Aufträgen und Projekten

• Korrespondenz mit Verkaufsorganisation / Direktkunden

• Pflege der Projektunterlagen

• Disposition von Versandaufträgen für Nachlieferungen / Reparaturen / Ersatzteile

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (z.B. als Industriekaufmann (m/w/d))

• Berufserfahrung wünschenswert

• MS Office sowie ERP/SAP Kenntnisse

• Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
