Als Sales Coordinator bist du die zentrale Verbindung zwischen unserem Account Management Team, dem Kunden und dem Rest des Unternehmens. Du bist das operative Ass hinter den wichtigsten Kundenprozessen, damit das Team sich voll auf langfristige Kundenbindung, Expansion und Impact konzentrieren kann.

Deine Mission:

• Du bist das operative Rückgrat unseres Account-Management-Teams: Du managst und optimierst Prozesse, hältst Aufgaben im Fluss und sorgst für effiziente Abläufe.

• Du koordinierst, was bewegt: Vertragsänderungen, Produkt-Updates, SLA-Management – du stellst sicher, dass alles läuft, sauber dokumentiert ist und keine Info verloren geht.

• Du schaffst Klarheit zwischen Teams: Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Account Management, Sales, Support & Finance bringst du Transparenz und Geschwindigkeit in jede Kommunikation.

• Du löst, bevor etwas eskaliert: Du erkennst operative Engpässe früh, denkst lösungsorientiert und gehst Themen proaktiv an.

Du bringst Ordnung ins Wachstum: Skalierende SaaS-Unternehmen brauchen Strukturen – du hilfst uns, diese für die DACH Region mitzugestalten.

Das bringst du mit:

• Erfahrung in einer koordinierenden, operativen oder prozessorientierten Rolle

• Verständnis für B2B SaaS-Logiken (z. B. Renewals, Product Adoption, Account Workflows) & Erfahrung mit Salesforce ist ein starkes Plus

• Du arbeitest präzise, priorisierst souverän und behältst auch bei vielen offenen Tasks den Überblick

• Du kommunizierst klar – mit Kundinnen wie mit Kolleginnen, auf Deutsch und Englisch

• Du brennst für gute Abläufe und hast Lust, nicht nur zu reagieren, sondern zu gestalten
