About the role
As a SaaS Implementation Consultant – Life Sciences, you will act as both a business consultant and expert advisor, guiding customers through the implementation lifecycle of Binocs. This AI-driven solution optimizes scheduling and planning for QC laboratories and Cell & Gene Therapy facilities, transforming complex workflows into streamlined, data-driven processes. Your mission will be to deliver tailored configurations that integrate seamlessly into the customer’s business environment, driving measurable impact and long-term success.
In this role, you will:
• Analyse and Understand Business Processes:
• Prepare, lead, and follow up on customer workshops to uncover current set-up (business and dataflow), value expectations, and current ways of working.
• Dive deep into the operational workflows of laboratories and supply chains, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity with business-savvy Binocs configuration.
• Design and Configure Solutions:
• Collaborate with the Solution Team to translate business challenges into actionable Binocs solutions that align with the customer’s goals.
• Perform hands-on configuration, adapting Binocs to fit complex customer requirements.
• Prepare and drive workshops to iteratively present and improve the proposed solutions.
• Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure high-quality deployments.
• Lead Strategic Implementations:
• Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Follow and refine Binocs’ proven implementation methodology, balancing structure with flexibility to meet unique client needs.
• Engage and educate stakeholders by clearly communicating project plans, design choices and implementation risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure user adoption of sustainable set-up:
• Steer implementations around “why” (value, problem statements) Customer is implementing.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to enable self-sufficient customer teams.
• Start up adoption process throughout implementation, to ensure and hand over in-use customer to Customer Success Manager.
