In dieser Rolle übernimmst du ein bestehendes Portfolio im DACH-Markt, identifizierst Umsatzpotenziale und führst datenbasierte Account-Pläne, die Retention, Expansion und Produktadoption steigern. Du agierst als Trusted Advisor auf C-Level, arbeitest eng mit internen Stakeholdern und sorgst für nachhaltiges Wachstum.

Deine Mission:

• Strategische Portfolio-Entwicklung: Du steuerst ein skalierbares Kundenportfolio mit Fokus auf Expansion, Retention, Renewals und Value Creation.

• SaaS-Wachstum vorantreiben: Du identifizierst proaktiv Cross- und Upselling-Potenziale auf Basis von Nutzungsdaten, Business-Zielen und Markttrends.

• Ergebnisse durch Insights: Du nutzt CRM- und Analytics-Tools (z. B. Salesforce, Looker, ChurnZero), um datengetriebene Entscheidungen zu treffen und Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten.

• Customer Success mit Tiefgang: Du führst Business Reviews, baust Executive Alignment auf und entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Success Pläne.

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern: Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und unseren Teams in Sales, Implementation, Support & Product.

Das bringst Du mit:

• Mindestens 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B SaaS Account Management, Customer Success oder consultative sales

• Nachweisliche Erfolge bei der Umsatzsteigerung im Bestandskundenbereich (Upselling, Expansion, Renewals, Churn Reduction)

• Eigenständige, proaktive Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Ownership-Mindset

• Fähigkeit, mit Stakeholdern auf Management- und C-Level zu kommunizieren und Mehrwert zu vermitteln

• Analytisches Denken und Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-, BI- und Customer Engagement-Tools

• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
