Pro AV Solutions is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our high-performing team in South Australia. As the ideal candidate, you will have a passion for being the driving force behind the seamless delivery of AV services to our valued clients. You’ll lead a skilled team of technicians and engineers, manage service contracts, and ensure every client interaction reflects our commitment to innovation and excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Act as the primary point of contact for service delivery across key client accounts.

Oversee AV service operations including installations, maintenance, and support.

Lead and mentor a team of service professionals to deliver outstanding results.

Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth transitions from delivery to support.

 

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience in service delivery or operations management (AV or IT industry preferred).

Strong understanding of AV technologies (e.g., video conferencing, digital signage, control systems).

Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

ITIL certification and AV industry certifications (CTS, Crestron, Extron) are highly regarded.
