The Jabo Strategy and Planning team is the think tank and in-house strategy overseeing overall P&L and improve growth across all verticals businesses including mobility and delivery verticals. Our main focus is on developing executable business strategies that align with our mission of serving the community.

Get to Know the Role

You will emphasize business intelligence and leading GrabMart growth, where you will take ownership of impactful analytics work that enables Grab to make informed, data-driven decisions and stay ahead of market competition trends. Additionally, you will manage GrabMart growth projects, guiding them from conceptualization, strategising, and execution. You will report to S&P Food & Mart Manager and will be based onsite in Grab Jakarta office. If you believe you have what it takes then we would love to hear from you.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Business Intelligence: Develop and manage all data and dashboards related to the GrabFood and GrabMart businesses in Jabo. Conduct in-depth analyses of data to identify projects and support informed business decision-making.
• GrabMart Demand and Supply Management: Lead projects to enhance GrabMart demand through promotions. Manage the supply of driver partners, oversee stakeholder project management for new product launches, and ensure the successful execution of projects.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data science, or data analytics. Experience in Tech industry is an added value.
• Min. Bachelor's degree majoring in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field
• Have clear articulation in both written, and verbal communications
• Proficiency in advanced SQL, Python, PowerBI, and other dashboard/automation tools to support data analysis and visualisation
• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions, backed by data insights
• Project management skills with an ability to drive programs to completion, navigate ambiguity, and a proactive learning mindset fueled by curiosity and openness to new concepts
