Get to Know the Team:

We are seeking a Strategic and Planning Central Java & DIY Associate to join our team in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategic initiatives for our operations in the Central Java and DIY (Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta) regions of Indonesia.

Get to know the Role

This position is intended to support the Operations Team by providing insightful data analytics, performance monitoring and project management of key initiatives. You will be reporting to the manager. The role will be onsite and based in Yogyakarta.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth in the Central Java and DIY regions
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis and research to identify opportunities and challenges in the target regions
• Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout all analytics processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional strategies with company objectives
• Create financial models and forecasts for the Central Java and DIY markets
• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports on regional performance
• Evaluate potential partnerships and business opportunities in the target regions
• Provide insights to management on strategic decisions
• Coordinate with local teams to ensure effective implementation of strategic initiatives

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
• 3+ years of experience in strategic planning or related field
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Python
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Experience on presenting complex findings to non-technical audiences
• Experience working in or with Indonesian markets, particularly Central Java and DIY regions
• Understanding of regional economic trends in Central Java and DIY
