S&C - Finance Transformation Consultant

We are looking for a Finance Transformation Consultant to join our CFO & Enterprise Value team within Strategy & Consulting. You will work closely with CFOs and finance leadership teams of leading organizations in Spain and internationally, helping them redesign their finance function, modernize platforms, and apply data and artificial intelligence to deliver tangible business impact.

This is an opportunity for professionals with experience in financial consulting and digital transformation who want to work on high-impact, strategy-led transformation programs with strong exposure to senior stakeholders.

What you will do:

Design and implement end-to-end finance operating models, covering organization, processes, data, technology, and capabilities.

Lead the optimization and digitalization of core finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A), leveraging automation, advanced analytics, and GenAI.

Define and deliver finance platform modernization roadmaps, including ERP, Cloud, Analytics, and AI-based copilots.

Collaborate with CFOs and executive teams on diagnostics, business cases, and finance transformation programs.

Contribute to large-scale transformation initiatives combining technology, data, processes, and people.

Support innovation and thought leadership initiatives related to the future of finance and AI-enabled transformation.

What we are looking for

5+ years of experience in management consulting, financial advisory, Big 4, or similar environments.

Experience in at least one of the following areas:

Finance operating model transformation

Finance process re-engineering and digitalization

Implementation of finance platforms (ERP, EPM, Cloud, Analytics)

Experience or strong interest in Generative AI and Agentic AI applications within the finance domain.

Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and deliver measurable value to clients.

Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
