Job Description

We are looking for S/4 HCM/SSFF/ HIRE2RETIRE FP&A,

• Greenfield S/4HANA implementation under a 2-year RISE contract hosted on GCP.

• Target go-live: 2027/2028.

• First S/4 test load milestone: June 10, 2026 (critical date).

• Approximately 60 data objects in scope.

• Estimated data volume: 1–2 TB.

• Scope includes active and open records only.

• Historical/closed/inactive data to be retained in GCP data lake.

System Landscape & Migration Chain

• Legacy ERP → SQL Server staging (Asset Suite / Infor Lawson) → Syniti → SAP Data Migration Cockpit (DMC) → S/4.

• Technical connections across systems are established.

• No test loads executed into S/4 yet.

Data Strategy

• Syniti responsible for data cleansing and transformation.

• DMC used for loading into S/4.

• Open question: whether Syniti will execute end-to-end load orchestration or strictly handoff to DMC.

• Initial profiling complete; no deep cleansing yet.

• Cleansing currently managed by functional BAU teams.

Active data mapping sheets in progress.

• Target architecture: clean core (no custom fields or custom objects unless justified).

• Delivery Model & Resourcing

• Main SI: HCL.

• Current need: supplemental onshore T&M support.

• Pain point: offshore/onshore time-zone mismatch (need availability 11am–11pm local).

• Initial preference: onsite + nearshore for ramp-up, then reduce onsite dependency.

• Planning and Forecasting workstream: ~5, 1 per point product

• FTE Senior S/4 Finance (FI and CO sides) solution lead with planning integration exposure: GL, AP/AR, cost center accounting, capex flow, integration to PS/EPPM

• FTE Treasury lead

• SAC Lead: data model architect, CDS views development

• Paired with BA for modeling logic, allocations, data integration contextual mapping

• Paired with Datasphere lead/SME

• FTE PS Lead functional

• FTE SuccessFactors lead, with integration to CO cost center accounting and PS models
