RWE Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real-World Data Scientist to lead a team of Med department. The role will involve leveraging real-world data to support clinical trail and provide critical insights into the safety, effectiveness, and value of our products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, possess exceptional stakeholder management skills, and demonstrate a track record of successful RWD utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage a team to support clinical development efforts

· Utilize real-world data to generate insights into the effectiveness, safety, and value of pharmaceutical products

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure RWD strategies align with clinical development objectives

· Develop and execute RWD research strategies to address key clinical and business questions

· Oversee the design and execution of RWD studies, ensuring high quality and compliance with regulatory standards

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and external data partners

· Stay abreast of advancements in RWD methodologies and technologies, and contribute to the development of best practices within the organization

Qualifications:

· Advanced degree (Ph.D., PharmD, or equivalent) in a relevant scientific field

· 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical R&D, with a focus on real-world data research and analysis

· Proven track record of leading and managing teams in a scientific or R&D setting within the pharmaceutical industry

· Expertise in RWD methodologies, including database management, observational study design, and statistical analysis

· Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to RWD utilization in clinical development

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization

· Experience with RWD platforms and technologies is a plus
