Job Description
We are seeking an experienced remote video monitoring professional that has significant Immix experience to help support Immix clients who are adding RAD solutions.
This is a hands-on role for a smart, seasoned operator who has progressed into a supervisory position managing other monitoring operators. You will perform testing of new RAD innovations in the Immix environment before they reach clients, serve as a key support liaison with Immix/RAD clients during and after system implementations, and provide practical feedback to the RAD development team about real-world client image environments and scene challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Testing & Validation
• Participate in the testing and performance validation of new RAD innovations and agentic monitoring features within the Immix platform prior to client release
• Document test results clearly, including how agents perform on different camera scenes, lighting conditions, weather, and site layouts
Client-Facing Implementation Support
• Act as a support liaison with Immix clients during RAD system implementations and deployments
• Support on-site or remote setup and configuration of RAD systems, drawing on your Immix platform experience
• Support team efforts to guide clients through the transition to hybrid human + agentic monitoring, including training monitoring teams on new workflows
Feedback & Communication to Development
• Communicate real-world client feedback to the RAD development team, with a strong emphasis on unique image environments and scene conditions at customer sites (e.g., challenging lighting, occlusions, camera angles, environmental factors)
• Describe specific scene scenarios that cause detection problems or require special handling so developers can improve the agentic models
• Participate in regular feedback sessions to help prioritize enhancements that make agentic monitoring more effective for human operators
Supervisory & Operational Support
• Leverage your background managing monitoring operators to ensure smooth integration of agentic tools into daily monitoring center workflows
• Assist with operator training, creating practical guides, and establishing best practices for human-AI teaming in RVM
• Monitor system performance post-deployment and support ongoing optimization to maintain high verification accuracy and response quality
• Help scale monitoring operations by identifying where agentic capabilities can reduce operator workload without compromising security outcomes

• Client deployments go smoothly with minimal disruption to monitoring operations, thanks to your practical guidance and liaison support

• Monitoring operators are confident using the new agentic tools, resulting in better efficiency, fewer false alarms, and stronger human-AI collaboration
