Dialectic, a crypto-native organization of builders and capital allocators, is seeking a Rust Developer with senior-level financial services and fund operations experience to take ownership of the firm’s global financial control, accounting, corporate finance and fund operations functions. Job Summary:
We are offering a Rust Developer Position focused on Blockchain Applications for a person with strong skills who can perform various development activities across our stack for internal projects.This position offers an exciting role as part of a dynamic team, with the ability to shape and impact the technical decisions and direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Backend Tooling and Services in Rust.

• Work closely with the Yielding team to develop strategies.

• Build connectors to Smart Contract systems.

• Support the team with insights and best practices.

Key Requirements:

• 3 years of professional software development experience

• 2 years of professional Rust experience.

• 1-2 years of experience in the Ethereum ecosystem.

• Experience with Solana VM and Rust-based smart contracts is a plus.

• Familiarity with Rust Ethereum libraries (ethers, alloy, foundry).

• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and driven.

• Strong work ethic and a team player.
