Responsibilities

• Assist Russian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries and requests
• Troubleshoot and solve technical issues while effectively communicating solutions
• Guide customers through product features and usage
• Record and document customer interactions in our support system
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Engage customers to improve their experience and promote satisfaction
• Maintain a professional and friendly approach in all customer communications

Requirements:
• Fluency in Russian and English, both written and spoken
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on effective communication
• Prior experience in customer support or relevant roles is highly desirable

• Team player with the ability to work independently
