We are looking for a Runner for the BOSS Store La Cañada, located in the La Cañada Shopping Centre (Marbella).

16 hours per week.
Previous experience in retail warehouse operations, as a Runner, Stock Assistant, or Sales Associate.
We are looking for energetic and positive individuals eager to work.
Responsible candidates with strong values, willing to learn and contribute to the team.
Flexible availability, including weekends (Monday to Sunday).
Afternoon shifts only.
Immediate incorporation.
Permanent contract.

What you can expect:

In your role as a Runner, you will be responsible for all stockroom operations to optimize the retail business and enhance the efficiency of the sales process, driving commercial success.

Physically manage stock and its movement, maintaining an effective flow and storage process to improve and streamline the customer experience.
Manage the flow of products between the stockroom and the sales floor.
Support all operations related to loss prevention.
Efficiently utilize business systems and the latest technologies.
Promote the use of all available tools, ensuring proper execution of procedures and compliance with policies.

Your profile:

Previous experience in a similar management role within a retail and/or warehouse environment.
Physical ability for loading and unloading.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to be flexible and adapt to the needs of the business.
Efficient use of business systems and the latest technologies.
Demonstrate strong commercial acumen.
Willingness to learn and develop continuously.
Passionate and with extensive knowledge about the brand.
