We are seeking an energetic and reliable Runner to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Runner, you will play a crucial role in supporting various departments by performing essential errands and tasks to ensure smooth operations within our organization.

• Deliver documents, packages, and other items between departments and to external locations as needed
• Run errands for executives and staff members, such as picking up supplies or making bank deposits
• Assist with basic office tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Maintain an organized system for tracking and prioritizing delivery requests
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and errands
• Provide general support to various departments as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while representing the organization professionally

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent physical stamina and fitness to handle frequent movement and potential heavy lifting
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional multitasking abilities to handle various requests simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with Riyadh's local area and transportation options
• Valid driver's license (if driving is required for the position)
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
