Jalasoft is looking for a talented Ruby on Rails + React Full Stack Developer to help us design and develop dynamic web applications. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in Ruby on Rails for backend development as well as React for building responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to create innovative solutions that delight our clients. Requirements:
Must Have
• 4+ years of experience building full-stack applications using React.js and Ruby on Rails
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing practices
• Proficiency working with SQL-compliant databases
• Knowledge in software engineering principles, design patterns, architectural best practices and event-driven or high-volume system architectures
• Familiarity with tools such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Go, Python, or other modern technologies
• Excellent English communication skills
Nice To Have
• Experience using AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, CodeRabbit) to improve productivity and quality
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with real-time streaming technologies (Kafka or similar)
• Experience with Ember
